Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations under the Division Pharmacy Manager, delivering direct patient care, managing financial performance, and supervising a pharmacy team. Responsibilities include delivering patient care services, upholding safety and compliance, recruiting and training staff, and partnering with management to increase profitability. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or NABP‐recognized equivalent FPGEC), an active state pharmacy license, and an immunization certification; supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer Required
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
