Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, delivering patient care services while managing financial performance and upholding operational standards. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team, partnering with management to implement initiatives that increase profitability. Optimize medication therapy for disease state management and assist in managing acute and chronic conditions. Maintain all held licenses in good standing and ensure safety and compliance across the department. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, active pharmacy license, and Certified Immunizer status. Flexible work schedules available with competitive wages and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
