Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist) leading pharmacy operations under the Division Pharmacy Manager. Delivers direct patient care, oversees disease-state management and medication therapy optimization, and ensures safety, compliance, and performance metrics. Recruits, trains, and supervises the pharmacy team; collaborates with management to implement initiatives to increase profitability. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent FPGEC), an active license in practice state(s), and certification as an immunizer. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer Required
