Job Summary
Manage pharmacy financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge while actively delivering patient care services. Uphold operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team. Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability. This role requires a pharmacist with an active license, preferred supervisory experience, and ability to work varied schedules. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer

- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
