Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy as pharmacist in charge, delivering patient care services while managing financial performance and upholding operational standards for safety and compliance. Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team, partnering with management to implement initiatives that increase profitability and optimize medication therapy for disease state management. Manage acute and chronic conditions through direct patient-centered care while maintaining all held licenses in good standing. Requires an active pharmacy license, Certified Immunizer certification, and ability to work a variety of schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified Immunizer
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
