Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager leading Meijer’s Noblesville, IN pharmacy operations. Plans, directs, and supervises pharmacists and technicians, manages staffing and performance evaluations, and ensures safe, accurate prescription filling. Oversees immunization and clinical services, implements pharmacy programs, drives profitability, inventory control, scheduling, training, policy compliance, and staff development. Leads patient-centered service, adherence to federal/state laws, and leadership initiatives to expand and grow the pharmacy business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
- Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
- CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in retail/community practice
- One year management experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of pharmacy system and policies/procedures
- Understanding of regulatory in the state the unit operates in
- Successful completion of all required certifications
Desired Qualifications
