Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary
Plans, directs and supervises pharmacy team members in the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, including staffing, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, filling prescriptions, implementing pharmacy programs, labor, inventory, stock loss, security, patient services, and profitability; educates and mentors pharmacists and technicians to be effective team members, ensures compliance with Meijer Policies and Procedures and state/federal laws, and oversees clinical services such as immunizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice
- Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana)
- CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in retail/community practice
- One year management experience (preferred)
