Job Summary
Lead and direct pharmacy staff (staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians) and oversee all aspects of the pharmacy including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, workflow, and financial performance. Develop and promote patient care programs, motivate and develop support staff, identify business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance, and implement solutions through team leadership. Requires an active state pharmacy license, immunization certification, and recognition as pharmacist in charge; degree in pharmacy (BS in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.) and 40-hour work week; full-time with CVS Health benefits and potential incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge'
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
