Job Summary
Supervise pharmacy staff, manage hiring and performance, and ensure financial and operational success of the department. Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely while maintaining adequate inventory levels for patients. Counsel patients on new medications and create awareness through public relations events like health days and clinics. Resolve patient and doctor issues promptly, review budgeted sales, identify sales opportunities, and control costs within the dispensary. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Class A license, and minimum three years' retail experience. Reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy
- Class A Pharmacists license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail environment

- Proven ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies
