Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice in compliance with state and federal laws and corporate policies. Drive financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the budget and minimizing unauthorized overtime. Lead and develop pharmacy staff through training initiatives, deliver exceptional customer service, manage prescription pricing and generic utilization, control inventory, and participate in or implement corporate-approved clinical services.
