Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for all aspects of pharmacy practice in compliance with state and federal laws and corporate policies. Oversees financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the budget and minimizing unauthorized overtime; leads staff training and development; delivers customer service excellence; manages prescription pricing and generic utilization; controls inventory; and participates in corporate approved clinical services while upholding the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
