Job Summary
Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice and management within state and federal laws and corporate policies. Oversee and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the budget, minimizing unauthorized overtime, conducting staff training and development, delivering excellent customer service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling inventory, and participating in corporate-approved clinical services.
