Pharmacy Manager

Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget and controlling pharmacy inventory. Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws and corporate policies, including minimizing unauthorized overtime and performing necessary staff training and development. Provide excellence in customer service, manage prescription pricing and generic utilization, and implement corporate approved clinical services while demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
