Job Summary
Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the budget, minimizing unauthorized overtime, and controlling inventory. Oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice within state and federal laws, including staff training, development, and prescription pricing. Implement corporate-approved clinical services while ensuring excellence in customer service and upholding core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, within the limits of state and federal laws and corporate policies
- Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget
- Minimizing or altogether avoiding unauthorized overtime
- Performing necessary pharmacy staff training and development
- Providing excellence in customer service
- Managing prescription pricing and generic utilization
- Controlling pharmacy inventory
- Providing/implementing/participating in corporate approved clinical services
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
