Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading and developing the store's pharmacy team, delivering high-quality patient care through counseling, immunizations, and medication management, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing onboarding and training of technicians and pharmacists, managing inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and collaborating with the Store Manager to maintain a safe, inclusive pharmacy environment while supporting clinical services (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible).
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
