Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health leading and developing a pharmacy team within a Missouri retail store to deliver patient-centered care, immunizations, and integrated pharmaceutical services. Responsible for coaching and supervising staff, onboarding new team members, ensuring compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations, optimizing pharmacy workflow and inventory, delivering clinical care and pharmacist-led services, and maintaining a safe, inclusive workplace while partnering with the Store Manager to sustain a high-performing, patient-focused pharmacy operation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
