Job Summary
Lead and develop the store’s Pharmacy Team to deliver exceptional patient care, counseling, and safe medication practices in adherence with state/federal regulations. Drive immunization services, manage inventory (with emphasis on cold chain), oversee pharmacy operations and workflow, onboard and train staff, conduct annual performance reviews, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a compliant, efficient, and patient-centered pharmacy operation. Provide Clinical Care support such as testing/prescribing where permissible, resolve insurance/medication issues, and coach team members to meet quality and safety standards while upholding CVS Health policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
