Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health leading and developing the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, counseling, immunizations, and compliance with state/federal regulations; responsible for onboarding technicians/pharmacists, optimizing workflow, managing inventory with emphasis on cold chain, conducting regular performance reviews, and partnering with the Store Manager to maintain a healthy talent pipeline while ensuring adherence to CVS policies and required trainings. Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
