Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading and developing the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, counseling, immunizations, and compliant pharmacy operations. Leverages coaching and performance management to drive safe dispensing, inventory control (including cold chain), onboarding of new technicians/pharmacists, and adherence to state/federal regulations. Partners with Store Manager to maintain a strong talent pipeline, conduct annual performance reviews, manage scheduling, and ensure successful delivery of clinical services and patient outcomes across the store. Demonstrates leadership in safety, empathy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support CVS Health’s patient-centric care model.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
