Job Summary
Lead and develop the CVS Health Retail pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care, counseling, and immunizations while ensuring regulatory compliance, safe dispensing, and high service standards. Responsible for onboarding and training staff, coaching performance, optimizing pharmacy workflow, inventory management (including cold chain), and collaborating with the store leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered pharmacy operation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience in pharmacy
- CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program (PM-EL)
- 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
