Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading and developing the store's pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, oversee immunization services, ensure compliant dispensing and regulatory adherence, manage inventory with a focus on cold-chain integrity, onboard technicians/pharmacists, and drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and cross-training. The role emphasizes building a safe, inclusive team culture, delivering clinical care (e.g., testing/prescribing where permissible), and maintaining strong partnerships with the store leadership to maintain patient access and outcomes while meeting regulatory and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
