Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including dispensing prescription medication, counseling patients on usage and adverse effects, and performing wellness services like immunizations. Build and maintain relationships with clinic partners and community stakeholders to drive growth, while reviewing key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Manage pharmacy staff through coaching, development, and recruitment of top talent, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws and policies. Lead workforce and business planning to achieve operational excellence and financial profitability for the new facility at La Clinica De Familia Behavioral Wellness Center in Las Cruces, NM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of New Mexico
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
