Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations at the Genoa Healthcare site in Lakewood, WA, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, immunizations, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Lead and develop pharmacy staff, drive financial profitability and growth, build relationships with community partners and clinic staff, and manage performance metrics and workforce planning to deliver high-quality pharmacotherapy and coordinated care in a behavioral health context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Washington
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
