Job Summary
Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager responsible for the financial, clinical and quality aspects of pharmacy services and overseeing daily operations of the site, including dispensing medication and one-on-one consumer interactions. Leads and coaches pharmacy staff, acts as talent steward to recruit top talent, and ensures compliance with state and federal laws. Provides immunization services (wellness offerings such as immunizations and flu shots), collaborates with clinical staff to meet clinical outcomes, and drives business growth through workforce planning, KPIs analysis, and community/clinic partnerships. Builds engaging, customer-centric teams and promotes the pharmacy's offerings with marketing initiatives. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm at the Colorado Springs site.
Required Qualifications
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Colorado
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
- Preferred Qualification: 3+ years of pharmacist leadership experience
