Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an on-site pharmacy located at La Clinica De Familia Behavioral Wellness Center in Las Cruces, NM. Lead clinical and pharmacy services, including dispensing medications, providing immunizations, and counseling patients, while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Develop and coach pharmacy staff, drive financial profitability, build relationships with the community and clinic partners, and proactively promote opportunities to recruit top talent. Manage workforce planning, KPIs, and marketing of pharmacy offerings to support growth and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of New Mexico
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
