Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager responsible for overseeing the on-site clinic pharmacy within La Clinica De Familia Behavioral Wellness Center. Leads daily operations, counsels patients on medication use and adverse effects, ensures compliance with state/federal laws, delivers wellness services including immunizations, drives financial profitability and growth, coaches pharmacy staff, recruits and develops talent, builds relationships with the community and clinic partners, and guides performance through KPIs and workforce planning. Desired qualifications include 3+ years of pharmacy leadership and bilingual Spanish abilities. The role emphasizes patient education, clinical collaboration, and executing marketing and community outreach to promote all pharmacy offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of New Mexico
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
