Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager at a Genoa Healthcare site within Valley Medical Group; oversees daily pharmacy operations, dispenses medications, counsels patients, ensures compliance with state/federal laws, and leads coaching and development of pharmacy staff. Primary responsibilities include delivering patient-centric care, collaborating with clinical staff to meet clinical outcomes, promoting wellness services (immunizations, flu shots), driving financial profitability, recruiting top talent, tracking KPIs, workforce and business planning, and building relationships with the community and clinic partners to grow the pharmacy business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
