Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and proper inventory levels while modeling customer service approaches to resolve needs within company guidelines. Oversee community outreach programs and analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, patient outcomes, and business decisions. Maintain compliance with legal policies through safety controls and quality assurance reviews. Lead operations at Walmart's pharmacy team to improve community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
