Job Summary
Conduct prescription dispensing and verification while ensuring compliance with state and federal controlled substance laws. Manage pharmacy operations, including records management, pharmacy software systems, and insurance processing. Obtain Certified Immunizer certification within 90 days of hire to support patient immunization services. Requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution and current licensure in Wisconsin or Illinois. New hires receive an upfront 75k sign-on bonus contingent on a 2-year full-time commitment, alongside health insurance starting day 1, 401K match, and upfront PTO.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.
