Job Summary
Pharmacy Manager for a growing LTACH in Stoughton, MA, overseeing both administrative and clinical pharmacy activities, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to deliver efficient, cost-conscious pharmacy services and high-quality patient care across hospital-based operations. Leads supervision of pharmacy technicians, maintains pharmacist certifications, coordinates with nursing and medical staff, and drives process improvements to optimize drug availability, reduce waste, and support hospital committees and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Inpatient experience highly preferred
- Active MA license
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
