Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while maintaining accurate pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation. Oversee community outreach programs, analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
