Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community engagement. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while maintaining accurate pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation. Oversee safety and quality assurance reviews, implement loss prevention controls, and manage community outreach programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. This role supports Walmart's mission to improve community health and engagement through high standards of service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
