Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure patient care and community engagement. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze financial and performance data to enhance pharmacy operations and implement safety controls for compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Maintain community outreach programs and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
