Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure patient care and community health. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches, manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement loss prevention controls, and participate in community outreach programs. Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes, company policies, and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
