Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community health. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while maintaining accurate pricing, inventory levels, and merchandise presentation. Oversee safety, quality assurance, and loss prevention controls by analyzing reports and ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and company policies. Manage pharmacy operations, including community outreach programs, while utilizing data analysis to enhance performance and inform business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
