Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community engagement. Enforce proper customer service techniques, maintain accurate inventory and pricing, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Analyze financial and performance data to drive business decisions and manage pharmacy operations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
