Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement loss prevention controls, and conduct safety and quality assurance reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Manage pharmacy operations and staff effectively to improve community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
