Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques, manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and make informed business decisions while maintaining strict adherence to company and legal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
