Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze financial and performance data to drive pharmacy operations and safety compliance. This role is based in Faribault, MN, with an annual salary range of $112,000 to $197,000 plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a PharmD or pharmacy degree with an active license and immunization training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
