Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community health. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while overseeing merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and inventory levels. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, implement loss prevention controls, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Maintain community outreach programs and ensure adherence to company and legal policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
- U.S. pharmacy related experience
