Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Enforce proper customer service techniques, manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels, and oversee safety and quality assurance reviews. Analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance and guide community outreach programs while maintaining compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes. Requires a PharmD and active pharmacy license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
