Job Summary
Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and lead a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and community outreach. Model and enforce proper customer service techniques while maintaining accurate merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels. Oversee safety and quality assurance reviews, analyze data to enhance pharmacy performance, and ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and company policies. Manage pharmacy operations and staff effectively to improve community health and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
