Job Summary
Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, and MAT injections. Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders, deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations. Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in the EMR. Collaborate with the extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns. Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner at the Fort Wayne facility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/ GED
- Bachelor's degree

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Time management, collaborative, and multitasking skills
- Understanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences
