Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern at GSK Hong Kong to gain hands-on experience across medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, quality assurance and commercial operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to support projects that protect patient safety and improve health. Responsibilities include supporting medical affairs with literature searches and preparation of scientific materials; assisting pharmacovigilance with collection and documentation of safety information and routine reporting; helping regulatory affairs prepare submission documents and monitor local regulatory requirements; supporting quality assurance activities including document reviews and internal checks; contributing to commercial tasks such as market research, preparing materials and supporting events; and learning about clinical research processes while liaising with internal teams and study site staff. Preferred characteristics include prior internship/work experience in healthcare/pharmacy, understanding of medical terminology or regulatory frameworks, analytical mindset, ability to summarise information, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong with mentorship and exposure to real-world projects to help you grow.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a pharmacy degree or a closely related health sciences programme
- Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese to support local work and documentation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work well in teams and communicate clearly with colleagues
- Detail oriented with good organisation and time management skills
- Available to work on-site in Hong Kong for the internship duration
