Pharmacy Intern (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Process and fill prescriptions using the pharmacy computer system, count and label items at the fill station, and handle third-party adjudication. Provide customer service by communicating with patients in person and via telephone, assisting with product selection, and obtaining medication prices. Manage inventory by updating balance on hand, ordering products, processing vendor charge backs, and putting away orders. Perform clinical services including health screenings and immunizations after proper training. Requires an enrolled pharmacy student with a state-specific license, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Full-time or part-time availability preferred.

- Knowledge of MTM platforms and working under a pharmacist to perform these services when applicable & allowed
- Knowledge of brand/generic medication names

- ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations
