Job Summary
As a 3rd year pharmacy intern under licensed pharmacist supervision, deliver patient-centered care in a Retail Pharmacy setting. You will support patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory/workflow management while leading with empathy and collaborating with the pharmacy team. Responsibilities include contributing to patient care programs, assisting with immunization eligibility when regulations allow, performing core pharmacy tasks (transcribing, dispensing support, labeling, cash handling, customer service), and completing required state training and licensure processes. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, adaptability to attend nights/weekends, and hands-on development in a fast-paced health care environment. Pay range for this part-time position is $18.75-$21.75 per hour, with annualized compensation of approximately $39,000 to $45,240 based on hours and state guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
