Job Summary
Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health supporting the pharmacy team under a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service. You will manage inventory and workflow, lead patient care initiatives, and contribute to programs that improve access and reduce costs. This is a part-time position based in Ambler, PA, with occasional exposure to required training and scheduling that includes nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- 0-3 years relevant work experience
- Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to attend regularly including nights and weekends
- Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
- Demonstrated ability to lift, scan, and bag items; physical stamina for extended standing and movement
