Job Summary
3rd-year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health supporting pharmacy teams across retail locations with hands-on learning in prescription fulfillment, immunizations, inventory, and customer service. Responsible for following SOPs, assisting with telephonic prescriptions, counseling patients when appropriate under supervision, and contributing to a safe, inclusive patient experience. Will gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations through a comprehensive training roadmap, develop clinical and technical knowledge, and may travel to stores in the market as needed. Requires enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and valid intern/technician licensure; strong math, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work nights/weekends and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: immunization certification eligibility and readiness to support immunization services; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
