Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Intern, participate in all aspects of the prescription filling process under the supervision of a Preceptor, provide patient counseling, collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care, and assist with health screenings and immunizations when appropriate. Contribute to inventory management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while supporting a team-focused culture and pursuing opportunities to improve patient outcomes under the ExperienceRx program. This part-time role emphasizes empathy, professional development, and growing with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality care to patients and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Intern License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Education: Current enrollment in a School of Pharmacy
