Job Summary
3rd-year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health in a part-time retail setting, focused on applying didactic learning to real-world practice under a preceptor, supporting pharmacy teams to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and safe patient care. Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with workflow (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and calls), counseling patients, offering immunizations where allowed, handling telephonic prescriptions, conducting basic inventory and cycle counts, and providing empathetic, customer-focused service. The role may require optional travel to stores within the market to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
